Karen Martinelli - CO-Director Certified Investigator Nurse I have been extremely interested in the paranormal for almost all of my life.
My sister, Kathy, helped to encourage this curiosity, and desire to find
out about the other side. Ghost stories have fascinated me, and I especially
love stories concerning the Old South. My senior year of high school, I wrote
a term paper for an English class that compared ghosts and poltergeists. I am not sure though, which came first, my love of ghosts or my love of cemeteries. I learned from an early age that cemeteries were to be respected, and from there grew my love of restoration and preservation of these sites. These places are a part of history, and should be preserved and maintained, a belief that Sheri and I both take quite seriously. I am a Geriatric Nurse in a Long Term Care Facility. There is a very good chance that where I work is also haunted by former patients. |
Eric Sperrazza Certified Investigator Financial Consultant / Editorial Columnist I have been interested in the paranormal since I was a child. Where other kids were frightened of old ghost tales and television programs, I was fascinated. I studied various philosophies and techniques of paranormal investigating and looked for links within various religious theologies. As I got older, I went to School for Computer Programming and PC Business Analysis, and thought that because my major was not Parapsychology, I would never be able to experience organized field work. I did a-lot of amateur investigations with friends of mine who were interested in proving or debunking various theories. I researched Paranormal Investigations groups in my area and found that, to be able to volunteer on investigations all you need is a few months of intense training. I got involved in volunteering soon after with Garden State Ghost Investigations! |
Alan Printz Investigator Mortgage Analysis / Professional Psychic I am a psychic/intuitive who enjoys exploring spirit phenomena and communication. Having practiced my intuitive gifts for over many years, I enjoy meeting, communicating and *channeling the spirits GSGI comes in contact with. When I'm not investigating haunted places, I do psychic readings and meditation. I am an avid reader, I also enjoy history, current events, playing piano, music and driving collectible cars. *GSGI Note: Alan is a professional psychic and is quite proficient in the area of channeling the Directors of GSGI feel that channeling should not be done by just anyone that is intuitive without thorough knowledge and proficiency in this area. |

Gregg Bormann Certified Investigator Postal Service I found this group through yahoo. I have always been curious about the unknown, and interested in paranormal research. I work for the postal service. I am originally from Indiana, and was stationed at the naval base in Philadelphia and stayed in this area when I got out. I have been in N.J. for 11 yrs. |

Sheril Cunane - CO-Director Certified Investigator Emergency Medical Technician / Dispatcher I have been interested in the paranormal since I was a child and have had quite a few experiences in this area through out my life. Prior to joining a professional research group Karen and I have done research as a team at quite a few of the cemeteries in the South Jersey area. I feel that our cemeteries are full of history and that they should be preserved and respected. I joined the professional arena to learn more about the existence of ghosts and the different methods of collecting scientific and psychic data to help prove their existence. I also like to help people understand what they are experiencing and try to allay their fears by educating them about ghosts and other phenomena. As a sensitive I feel that by being a part of a reputable group, I can further develop my abilities, which also will help our clients further understand what they may be experiencing in thier own homes. |

Below is some information about the members of GSGI we have included this section
to show our potential clients who we are, as we feel this may allay some of the
apprehension they may feel when they are deciding to make a request for an investigation
of the paranormal phenomena that may be occurring in their home. We
at GSGI feel strongly that our clients be included in the investigation process
by educating them about the paranormal and the equipment we use. We also assign
our clients to a team during the investigation as this is their home and who
wants to sit on a couch for 3 hours in the dark while a group of unknown people
walk through your home, we know that we wouldn't want that in our own homes so
we feel that our clients have a right to be included, if the so choose. |
