INVESTIGATION INFORMATION


The client states that items have been moved from one place to another place in the home, and the client states although she doesn't hear or see anything, sometimes she feels like she is being watched. The client's 12-year-old son reports seeing and talking to his father who has recently passed away. He states that this usually occurs between 10pm and 11pm and it is usually in his bedroom.
